1/2 Hour: $40
||Multiple personal training sessions on
retainer a scheduled commitment to training. You decide the days and times
of your sessions and are locked in. To keep you on track with your fitness
goals and discourage last minute cancellations, a retainer equal to the
single session cost of your package is required at your first session. The
retainer will only be collected if you do not give ample notice for a
cancellation. (see Cancellation Policy in agreement) Payment is due at the
start of each session.
1/2 Hour: $35+R
||Sessions with two individuals who have
similar fitness goals. Price is per person.
Your Initial Program Design is free with a purchase
of any personal training session.

||Update to an existing program that
includes changes in $45 your fitness level and/or target goals.
Lifestyle and Weight
||One on One meeting with a certified
Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant to discuss your current weight
loss and lifestyle goals. Includes: Body measurements, assessing eating
habits, and nutritional guidance.
|Follow Up Consult:
||Updating your existing program to keep you
includes re-measurements, monitoring food log, continued guidance, and
||Body measurements. Body fat percentage, body
part circumference, BMI, and body composition

Personal Training Fees at Thomas
Circle Sports Club
1 and 6 session packages expire 2 months
from payment date.
12 session package expires 3 months from payment date.
24 session package expires 5 months from payment date.
48 and 100 session packages expire 12 months from payment date.
If you are *NOT* a Thomas Circle Sports Club member, there will be an addition $10 guest
fee added to each personal training session.
